Week commencing 27/02/17- Strike Action
UPDATE: Despite UNISON taking part in 5 days of Industrial Strike Action next week (w/c 27.02.17), St Andrew's School will be partially open to students. A letter is in your child's bag regarding which days your child is able to attend school. Please double check the letters to ensure you send your child to school on the correct days. Please note that school will be shut to all students on Wednesday 1st March. Transport have been contacted with the information and are looking at the possibility of running transport as normal.
The following classes will be open on Monday 27th February and Thursday 2nd March:

Mull (Sue), Fair Isle (Shirley), Skye (Julie), Barra (Katy M), Bute (Jo G-S), Iona (Jo I), Arran (Katie H)

St. Andrew’s School is a special school in Derby City offering education for secondary aged students. We are an inclusive school that has the specialist knowledge and skills to meet the needs of students aged 11 – 19 years with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This includes those with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
